Terms and Conditions

Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Lohff & Pfeifer IS until full payment has been made.

Pricing
For deliveries to Denmark and EU countries with the exception of Germany , 25% VAT (MOMS) is included in the gross price.
For deliveries to European countries will the national VAT or otherwise applicable tax be charged.
Deliveries to customers outside the EU are exempt from the MOMS / VAT - in accordance with the applicable export regulations. If goods are exported personally, the MOMS / VAT will be refunded by customs upon leaving the EU area with appropriate documentation.
Deliveries to Commercial customers within the EU are invoiced in accordance with the legal regulations.
In the case of offers of services and repairs , VAT must be added unless this has already been expressly stated in the offer.

Currency
All invoices are payable in either EURO or DKR. The prices quoted in other currencies are only binding for the purpose of an approximate comparison but are not binding since the exchange rates are constantly changing. Payment must be made by bank transfer. Payment by PayPal or credit card is only possible if the applicable fees are also paid.

Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices. On the one hand, errors in printing or programming in the homepage or in the catalog cannot always be prevented and price changes by suppliers, exchange rates, taxes and carriers cannot always be corrected promptly. The prices in both media are therefore unfortunately not binding unless they have been confirmed by a written offer.
All business activities with Lohff & Pfeiffer IS in Denmark are subject to Danish purchase and consultation law as well as the guidelines for consumer protection . As a consumer, you are therefore covered by the current Danish "Købeloven og Forbrugeraftaleloven" (purchase and consumer protection).

Most goods can be taken for testing for 8 days or we can send them to you. An extension can be made by arrangement. The costs incurred must be payed by the customer. We reserve the right to request security deposit if necessary.

Returns
The goods must be properly packaged and sent so that there is a tracking number.
Consumables such as reeds and the like are in principle excluded from exchange and postage for hygienic reasons.
In the case of a late delivery of 8 days, we charge a late fee of 50 DKR. In Europe and 8 USD in the US.
In the case of a late delivery of 14 days, we charge a late DKR 100 fee for accessories in Europe and 15 USD in the US as well as a 10% restocking fee, if not otherwise agreed (in writing).
If the goods have not been returned within 30 days, we will consider them purchased and the invoice amount will have to be paid in full including all extra expenses accumulated.

Cleaning Fees
We charge 38 DKR /8US per tried mouthpiece to pay the cleaning and handling costs. The mouthpieces must be handled with care. When returning the product, make sure that the packaging is handled gently and securely. To prevent tooth bite marks and ligature scratches, the mouthpieces must be protected with adhesive tape.

Cracks
All Lohff & Pfeiffer woodwind instruments with LP versions come with a 3-year guarantee for cracks. If cracks occur, it is at Lohff & Pfeiffer's discretion which repair solution is to be carried out. The repair costs are borne by Lohff & Pfeiffer.
Instruments without a LP version are subject to the supplier's warranty conditions.

All warranty services must be carried out by Lohff & Pfeiffer or Lohff & Pfeiffer authorized workshops.

Intonation
All Lohff & Pfeiffer woodwind instruments with LP versions can be retuned free of charge in the first years, except for intonation work that would require additional mechanics.
Instruments without a LP version are excluded from the voicing guarantee.

Delivery forms
We always strive to use the cheapest shipping method, taking into account the appropriate security. The dispatch takes place with Post Danmark, GLS Danmark, UPS, DHL, FedEx,

Fedex or UPS are our prefered oversees shipping partners
Dachser or freight man. The goods are always sent insured. However, this presupposes that a recipient can confirm the shipment upon delivery. If the recipient has given consent that the goods are left unattended before the delivery address.
