L&P Setup

The L&P set ups are well balanced combinations of different optimization techniques. They set your instrument in top condition for many years to enjoy. Depending on the type of configuration/setup, it will change the character and sound of the instrument dramatically. This is particularly true for the basset and bass clarinets.

We offer 3 basic variations:
1. For fast response and a very alive sound experience we recommend the L&P Pro
.
2. If you prefer very quiet pads, a dark and homogeneous sound for studio recordings, chamber music, and anywhere an undisturbed resonant sound is required, we would go for LP Studio.

3. Players who need very quiet pads and mechanism, fastest response, very resonant sound, and reliable instruments even in critical or often changing climatic conditions, select the L&P Soloist.

The set up you choose is a matter of personal preference. The price difference does not reflect a different quality but the extra hours of work involved.
